Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. If we made a mistake with your order, such as wrong product,  please email us at info@healthyselvesllc.com. We will correct your order immediately and send the right order at no additional cost.  Due to the nature of our products we currently do not offer exchanges.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned to HealThySelves, LLC after contacting info@healthyselvesllc.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

 

My package was returned

If your package is returned to us, you will be notified via email. Depending on the condition of the product we may offer reshipment. We provide the following options:

1.Refund your order total, minus shipping cost.

2.Schedule to have your order shipped again with additional shipping cost. *If product is still in good condition.

 

Package lost, stolen or damaged?

Once Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.

Do you accept pre-orders?

HealThy Selves, LLC accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-orders.
